This website is operated by Egan Edge, LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company dba Belinda Egan. We may change these terms and conditions, at any time, with or without notice, by posting the modified terms and conditions on this website. Your continued use of this website, and/or participation in a course offered by us, is your consent to the modifications of these terms.

1. Course Participation. As a participant in a course offered by or through us you agree that you will be respectful of others. We may remove you from participation in the course, and/or from our membership group(s) if our rules of participation are not followed. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.
2. Personal and Confidential Information Shared During Class Or Workshop Participation. As a course participant, you may become aware of information about or belonging to others and you agree that you will not use that information outside of the course without the consent of the other party. As a participant, you understand that we and the other participants may become aware of certain information about you. If you disclose information to us or others you hereby give us and the other participants permission to use and disclose that information to others. Private information should not be shared during a class or workshop.
3. Our Guarantee and Refundability of Payments. We believe in the material that we will share with you during our course. If at the end of the first two weeks of the course, you believe that the course is not meeting your needs, and you have done the work assigned during that time period, we will refund 100% of your course fees. To claim your refund, please contact us at belinda@ E gan E dge.com and provide us copies of the completed work assignments. We will refund your course fees within 30 days of receipt.
4. Consent To Use of Your Image and Voice. We may record our classes and workshops. By participating in a class or workshop you consent to our recording your image and voice. In addition, you consent, without the payment of additional compensation to the distribution and reproduction of your image and voice, as part of our classes and workshops, and the promotion of those classes and workshops, including promotion on all social media platforms.
5. Our Content. This website, its contents, and our courses and workshops are protected by various laws including but not limited to copyright and trademark laws and are our property. You may not modify, copy, publish, display, distribute, transmit, adapt or exploit any material obtained from this website without our prior written consent. To request permission, you may contact us at Belinda@EganEdge.com You may not remove, obscure, or otherwise alter any proprietary notices appearing on any content, including copyright or trademark notices. By posting content within our classes or workshops, or on our social media sites you grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, non – exclusive, fully paid-up, worldwide right and license to use, copy, store, perform, display, reproduce, record, play, adapt, modify, share and distribute that content, prepare derivative works of that content and incorporate that content into other works.
